Tickets purchased from Eventbrite are used for entry.

Any ticket purchased from another site or vouchers must be registered and redeemed on Eventbrite.

Can I just buy my ticket at the door?
Yes, all tickets can be purchased at the door while quantities last.
BUT prices are discounted online.
Can i bring my pet?
You are welcome to bring your pet.
However; the pet must remained leashed at all times. You must be prepared with your own clean up devices to clean up after your pet.
We are not liable for any damages or injuries to or caused by your pet.
Can i bring items into the festival?
For security purposes, we enforce a clear bag policy.
Each attendee is allowed one unopened water bottle.
Bags will be subject to inspection upon entry.
where can i find a map?
We will also have QR codes on site so you are able to see the map on your phone!
Where is National Ice Cream Fest going to take place?
Spirit Park, National Harbor, 165 Waterfront St National Harbor, MD 20745
What is the age minimum for this event?
There is no age minimum! All are welcome.
Kids 2 and under are free to enter
CaN I park at spirit park?
No, we will be filling the are with fun and exciting activities.
Please park in one of the garages in the National Harbor. Here is additional information.
VERY IMPORTANT:
You must be present with your ID and ticket.
You may NOT check-in someone else for this event.

Is there more to eat than Ice cream?
We will have a number of food trucks and other treats on site!
Can I buy more tasting tickets at the festival?
Tasting Tickets are available at the Ticket Booth.
Adult Beverage tickets are available at the Beer Booth.
How can I pay onsite?
We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Venmo as forms of payment.
We will not have an ATM on site.
